nana's gonna get it man, i was gonna drink my chi chi's caribbean mudslide today but she went and got a hair appointment and i have to drive her all over. who the hell said that could happen. plus the fact, i'm hot, then i'm cold, then i'm hot again. fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck. i'll go drop her off, then go drink my mudslide and she can drive ME home :D maybe i'll go to old navy. maybe i'll come home and watch RENT now that it is out on dvd :D maybe i'll just "run run away" like my headphones are suggesting i should :D i think i'll listen to my headphones while driving and drinking mudslide and just crash and burn lol. that outta teach people a lesson for messing up my plans.

Crappy idol 5 has begun
So a new season of idol performances are upon us. I must say I was origionally impressed with this group of 24. Now if for some reason tonight half of them just get shot and die on camera, I won't be disappointed :D
The girls
Mandisa - Heart, Never - Nice outfit, decent song, I didn't vote for her cuz I wasn't blown away sadly.
Kellie Pickler - Martina McBride, How far will the heart go - Her voice kinda annoys me. She must be a teenager cuz her voice sounds young. No vote.
Becky O'Donahue - "because the night", ? - I love her, I would have voted for her, but I didn't . Don't ask. I feel bad cuz she might be on her way out.
Ayla Brown - Christina Aguilera, Reflection - I like some things this girl does, but this was a carbon copy performance. No vote
Paris Bennett - Gladys Knight, Midnight Train To Georgia - YAY!! Finally someone made me pay attention to the tv! She wiped other past performances of this song off the map! Got my vote!
Stevie Scott - Josh Groban, To Where You Are - Ok, I love this girl, I think it's fabulous that she's classically trained, because it means she can handle anything they throw her way. This kinda makes her a shoe in for the 12 finalists. However WHAT THE HELL WAS SHE THINKING???? No vote, which was a bad move cuz I bet she's gone.
BRENNA - THIS GIRL IS PURE EVIL - Stevie Wonder, Sunshine of my life - I must say, I was halfway impressed with this performance, but I refused to vote for her. She was clearly not joking when she said "Lets go, let's make some good tv." DID YOU SEE HER ON THE BALCONY MAKING HORRIBLE FACES WHEN THE GIRLS SANG BADLY????? EVICT HER ASS IMMEDIATELY!!!
Heather Cox - Diana Ross, When you tell me that you love me - I hate this song, this girl is ugly, no matter how pretty she is. Not a good song. I think this is who Brenna was making faces at. it's probably sad that I noticed it. I was not interested in the song so I was looking around the set cuz it's kewl. I saw the faces on Brenna...die!
Melissa McGhee - Faith Hill, When the lights go down - someone else did this last season or something. This was a fantastic performance!!! I loved it and voted for it.
Lisa Tucker - Dreamgirls, I am Changing - I have been dying for someone to do this since about season 2. Sadly, this key was too low. I would have loved her to kill this song! She mainly drowned it with this rendition lol.

Bobby - Barry Manilow, Copacabana - I couldnt' see the tv when he began singing, and I swore it was cookie monster lol. Then when I did watch, I thought of Louis Armstrong. It was horrific lol. Barry probably threw his piano out the window.
Ace Young - George Michael, Father Figure - Don't hate me, but if you asked me what makes him so special, I would have no answer. He's cute, yes, but grrrrrrrrrr. The song he picked was perfect for him lol. Go away dude.

My wild night
Last night was interesting. Should I start with the head injury or the water? I guess I'll just begin at the beginning. Yesterday the RENT movie came to DVD and bff, Meg, and I were all gathering at her house. Meg's b/f was in town from boston and kt hasn't met him yet. the last time I met him, I was quiet and polite, this time he got to see me in action. we went to meg's, watched idol, then put on RENT. I discovered that Meg has a table in her basement similiar to the one in bff's basement that I always stand on. bff said I needed to stand on Meg's table to make everything right in the world. I had a full bottle of mt. dew in me and was working on my second one when I decided that I was going to dance on the table during La Vie Boheme :) Later on I decided to crawl under the table to watch the movie, and miscalculated and smashed my head on something sharp. Probably the corner. So I have a minor head injury. This caused a problem while driving kt home. I hit the curb on the street and she thought i would drive into the lightpost. See, I was temporarily distracted by the police car flashing it's lights up ahead pulling someone else over lol. If Dew ever makes an alcoholic beverage, I'm screwed :D
So I make it home safe and sound, full of head injury and dew, pull the car into the garage and suddenly I hear something as I'm walking out of the garage. Hmm, what is it? Sounds like it's raining...nope, it's not wet out. I swear I'm hearing the sound of rain pounding on the window...window...window...window! I GOT IT!!! *flashback to earlier in the day when I'm looking out the kitchen window and wondering why I can't see out of it as if it were the bathroom window* WATER IS BEING SPRAYED ONTO THE WINDOWS!!! I run up to the hose and it's is blasting. I freak out and due to the dew and the head injury, make a full lap around the house to shut off the water, when I could have easily run 3 feet to turn it off instead. It took 2 full turns on the side knob to get the water to shut off. However, the hose handle itself appears to be locked in the ON position and since it is wet and frozen, I can't do much about it. I survey the damage quickly while panicing that something will blow up. My backyard basically looks like the ice titan from Greek Mythology came and blew on it. I'll be semi amazed if we don't have to replace the Florida room doors and windows in the spring, and mom's roses will never bloom again. There is just ice all over it and lots of huge ice chunks in the lawn. Fearing an impending explosion or damage to the foundation of the house, or complete flooding on the basement and furnace room, I went inside quickly and jumped on Dude at 12:45am :) I felt bad cuz mom and dude were both sleeping so nice lol. Dude woke up and shut the water off in the basement. No damage down there.
So everyone go check your hoses and make sure they are empty and shut off.

RANCID!!!
EEEWWW CALI PUKED ALL OVER THE COMPUTER!!!! *gags and dies*
Jewel was fun today. Well, kinda lol. Things went well. There were at least 2 huddles today and I got to go to one of them. Kind of refreshing. I got a free power bar out of it which was nice because I didn't take anything to eat aside from my Aquafina. There is going to be a walking club, and there were power bars, and there were announcements, and Juan got a kewl raffle ticket thing for excellent customer service. I don't think Iwill ever get one of those. Just suck I guess. I kinda like the huddles.
Ew, I need to wash my hands, maybe I'll just shut up and do the dishes.

Welllll it seems Jewel has become even cookier lol. If you think you are driven nutz when you go through the checkout process, just wait, now, we have to attack you in the isles lol. Oh, and there will also be huddling and chanting :) I'm hoping we get drugs with this chanting, but don't think so. tv stuff
yay olympics. after 2ish days of competeing, we are in 3rd place in the medal standings. norway has 8, russia has 7, and we have 6. they consist of 2 silver and 4 gold. so far we have no bronze. i'm not decided if that is good or not. it's good to get medals but bronze isn't that great i don't think. who knows.
INXS is on David Letterman tonight. Dave is snowed in, so Regis Philbin is hosting, which is funny because INXS is going to be on Regis and Kelly on Wednesday :) Me happy.
what else? me bored. not have a valentine. last year i had one and i was an ass and messed that up, but so did he a little bit.
last night i had a dream about megan and i going out to dinner, a movie, and a party. it was a brendan fraser movie and then we went to this new resturaunt that he opened that was similar to an old time saloon. i lost my shoes there and we went out in the rain and that is when i discovered i had no shoes :) rhichard gere was hosting the afterparty so maybe he was in the movie too. i didn't go to the party with meg, but i met some guy there that handed me a lot of money then told me to take it over to the copy machine to create counterfeit money. I told this to mr. gere, and then he threw us both out lol.

Happy Olympics!!!
Hi!
Olympics start in just a few hours. I have half a billion things to do so that doesn't matter to me. Idol got rid of crazy dave from chicago :(
Yesterday was kinda interesting. I went with Meg in the morning to work out, then did crap for mom. Later bff called and asked if I wanted to do something, so we went around town doin stuff and then we decided to take up our hunt for the ever evasive peach mudslide. We found vanilla, but bff was't very interested. She made watermelon kool-aid for me instead lol. Meg joined us later for a game of trivial pursuit. Along the way I discovered that between the 3 of us, there is a definate lack of respect for one another. I do believe it is a 2 vs 1 fight though.

Happy Feb!
Happy February. Sup? Nana's back at her house, I work with our new manager tomorrow, and I get a haircut. Just a trim, maybe another layer or so. Still aiming for blue streaks...will probably never happen. Nonetheless I'm happy.
INXS is not happy. Seems the new singer JD Fortune has bronchitis and they have had to cancel tonight, tomorrow, and the following night's shows. Poor baby. People have been saying he's been sick. I always got bronchitis every winter and I remember the meds are no fun for that. Idol has been boring, last night in general was a waste. Tonight I go to Meg's for idol. bff in school.
Really have nothing to say, just bored. Cat just hurled. Damn. Bye.
