Well I have been wanting to rip December off the canendar since November but I have finally gotten excited in the 11th hour lol. I finally heard my good Christmas music and liked the stupid snow and was in a decent mood for once this month. I already got a handful of presents and am very excited for the first seasons of Smufs and Jem and the Holograms :D *bounce bounce bounce bounce* Sadly, I have nothing for my folks cuz I was going to get them tickets too see Jersey Boys. Apparently, they are $165 each!!!! WTF!!!!

Recently I have started reading the book How To Win Friends & Influence People. So far I have learned that some of the worst people in the world have never blamed themselves for anything nor thought they were the bad guy. I guess that means we should not bother blaming others for stuff becauase they don't see it our way. Also I have learned that we should not Complain, Criticise, or Condemn. Something to think about in 2009.

I will be taking on a new job in 2009. I will work a full time job at Enterprize, but not that rental car place. It is a telecommunications middle man thing. I don't really know what they do yet. I just know that I will start out by contacting the exsisting customer base and just asking how things are going and if we can serve them. In order for me to do this in the day, I had to tell Jewel that I can only work nighttime hours. Sherrie is sad, but what can I do. I will finally be able to get insurance through Jewel if I get full time at this other place. Should be interesting. I have to fit Primerica in there somewhere also lol. This could get complicated :)

dead sea people

hi
for halloween i worked till 10 but then megan and i went and met at bff's. it was kewl. we had candy with liquor in it...whoa that is enough to kill ya! um on top of all the crazy candy i bought crazy triple chocolate fudge brownie cake lol. i am one giant pimple i assure you. its a great thing that saturday bff and i went to orland square mall and got attacked by dead sea people. yes you read that right, the dead sea ppl. you know, those idiots that are most likely from kentucky that sell you products are all from the dead sea? yeah, bff and i have the word SUCKERS plastered on our foreheads lol. yeah so to combat all the pimples and crap on our skin we bought some stuff from the dead sea ppl. i'll let ya know what i think...if i ever use it.
for those of you reading this that are feeling like u might be a little drunk right now, fear not, for i have bought a laptop and ipod (my bday presents to myself) and am not used to typing on a nearly non-exsistant keypad lol.
alright , screw this , i'm over blogging lol. i was all excited and now i'm tired.

Dad's heart attacked him this week :( We took him tothe hospital on Monday. He had surgery on Wednesday. He's a little better but the recovery process is slow and painful for both him and us. It's freaky seeing Dude like that :(

In slightly happier/Melissa is an idiot news, I got a raise today :) I now make $10 and 35 cents rather than $10.10. It's only a quarter but I"m happy :) Melissa is an idiot for not picking up her check(s) sooner :)

Sorry 2008

Well this year has gotten off to a shitty start. The last night I wrote here was Dec 14th which was a friday. I had kept that post as an unfinished draft for a while. I posted it tonight finally finished and am now adding this one.
On December 15, Doug's Grandmother died. I still can't believe it over a month later. Needless to say, it's been a rough month for Dougable. It's been really hard to see him so down :(
Nana has been in the hospital. She is staying with us for a while till she gets on her feet again... literally. Boooo!!!! Yeah so my family is ready to kill each other.
Sweeny Todd has been an uplifting event for me though. It's a musical about murder...love it!!!!! Good music too, go Johnny Depp for bein awesome and Stephen Soundheim for bein brilliant :)
The first time I saw Sweeny Todd was with my buddy Dave Richardson. I may have mentioned him...I call him Chef Dave. He hates that. That makes me happy lol. Well I won't be hanging out with him anymore. I finally forced him to leave me alone. I kinda feel sad about that but I'm only sad that he decided to have hurt feelings over it. Perhaps if the ego would come down a notch, then he would have listened. Whatever.
