Dentist!

So I went to the dentist today, well "yesterday". I had a cavity. I am a weakling and ask for the happy nose / laughing gas. That gets me high for the shot of novicane, and I never really noticed that it is liquid that is in that thing lol. I thought somehow he put some hook in my gums or something lol. AT ANY RATE, I get the shot on my upper left side. Then a few minutes later the assistant or whatever comes over and asks how I"m doing, am I numb yet, whatever. "I'm getting there." Ok. In the meantime someone in the next chair is screaming in pain, this is like an adult too, and I think poor dr tyree got a little freaked out. There was nutzness going on and one of the hygenists was also yelling at him about what to do and everyone was just nutz. Now, my nose is a little stuffed cuz I"m getting sick so it's hard to breathe through the happy nose and I have my mouth open a little. Minutes later, new assistant girl comes over and says "open wide" and goes to put the raincoat on me. SHE PUT THE DAMN THING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY MOUTH!!! So I have this massive freakout mentally where I'm going 'holy hell, what is going on? what happenned? who screwed up what?' Plus the fact that now, not only am I having a complicated time breathin out my nose, but there is a sheet of rubber covering my mouth! I'm completely doomed, and I catch the girl's eye. "what's wrong?" I almost grabbed her and smacked her in the face. I said, after ripping the rubber off my mouth " I got the shot on THIS side *pointing left*. "oh" * she looks at my chart* "oh sorry sweetie, i would have cuaght that eventually."

oops, forgot again

i thought i had to work today, but no. sadly i did get up at 5 am after gettin home at 1am from seeing The Producers ( we were the only 3 in the theater and the last ones in the building lol) . Took my 4 hour power nap which became a 4 hour wrestling match with my covers while my hip throbbed. what is wrong with me? anyway, looked at the schedule and was all dressed looking for my name tag reached into my pocket and discovered i open TOMORROW!!! i was so pissed i woke up mom to tell her so she was mad too lol. i almost called bff and said "lets go out to breakfast." turns out she almost called me this morning before work too. if only she had! i would have known that i didn't have to work sooner and we could have done something lol. my family would have screamed but who cared lol.

so idol hath started. i like the strange animal man from chicago and the goofy cowboy that they let go through lol. i also really liked the 2 brothers that had a well rehearsed audition. sadly, they are both in jail as we speak for forgery lol.
i am sad to say i actually watched skating with the stars last night. ugga. i just wanted jillian barbarie to fall. nope. oh well. dancing with stars is on in a few minutes. after they get rid of master p i do't know who i will want to leave. the rest are pretty decent enough. i'm just tired of the hour and a half long shows.
inxs started their tour last night. i hear everyone was mostly satisfied. new lead singer jd fortune looks like he gained some weight lol. chubby cheeks. also heard he walked off the stage smoking a cigarette BLEH! bad boy jason.

holy crap my house is giong to blow up. mom is all offended that i said something nasty to her and blamed her for something. i'm blaming her because dude didn't have his eggs today. now this seems minor but u must understand...my father didn't have his eggs!!!! he always shoves eggs down my throat. it wasn't like he took eggs out and put them on the counter and changed his mind. no, its not that easy. mom must have had him all riled up and he had the butter melting in the pan, the oven on, the eggs ready to crack, and the bacon in the microwave lol. all of a sudden i hear, WHACK, SLAM, BOOM, CRASH and "melissa, i'm not cooking, get something you want to eat". poor dude lol.

i think my tongue is growing and taking over my mouth and will choke me to death.

life is a pain in my back

the other night i had a dream that translated means that life as i know it is dying. oy. that night i killed my back and it killed me in return and basically today i haven't been able to move much. ow. aaahhhh ow ow ow ow ow, can't breathe, can't move, ooooohhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

i worked today as well. i think it may have helped. i still want to fall over from the pain but at least i can lay on my tummy. veronica was nice to me today unlike last week. kenna opened and locked herself out of the bookroom. shirley had to come rescue her lol. kenna yelled at corey over it later, so i'm sure someone got an earful from someone.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, TODAY WAS BEARS DAY AT JEWEL!!! We got to wear Bears crap and blue jeans. I look adoroable. I bought a shirt yesterday at MC Sporting Goods. It's blue :D

Ok well bff and I are supposed to be doing something. Possibly an arts and crafts fair. Her blog is funny

So yesterday I was bored and the sun hadn't visited yet. I wanted out of the house cuz it was too gloomy and doomy. I called bff. Origionally I just wanted to get an Auntie Anne's Pretzel, but bff had to go shopping so I went with her instead. Fun, lots of laughs, mostly at my expense lol. Later we went our own ways for dinner with our families, then Megan joined us back at bff's for One Tree Hill and a preview of Beauty and the Geek 2. It was great to see Richard again lol. Megan hadn't eaten much all day and kt and I wanted to eat crap, so to Bennigans we went :) Meg got Monte Cristo and bff and I split a BIG BEN lol. Holy shit! It is huge. bff asked why the daquari's can't come in that glass lol. Mmm I want one right now, a big ben that is.

I'm excited as all hell, and yet depressed at the same time. Excited because I did a google search on the question 'what songs has gary beers written for inxs' and got a page full of results that had nothing to do with my question. HOWEVER all the way at the end, the last result was the best one because IT WAS THIS BLOG!!!! It was my review of Switch, the new INXS album. I'm depressed cuz it has disappeared off this main page, but the link should still be on the side depending on when u are reading this.

New Years was boring, healthy though compared to how sick I was last year.
