So a new season of idol performances are upon us. I must say I was origionally impressed with this group of 24. Now if for some reason tonight half of them just get shot and die on camera, I won't be disappointed :D

Mandisa - Heart, Never - Nice outfit, decent song, I didn't vote for her cuz I wasn't blown away sadly.
Kellie Pickler - Martina McBride, How far will the heart go - Her voice kinda annoys me. She must be a teenager cuz her voice sounds young. No vote.
Becky O'Donahue - "because the night", ? - I love her, I would have voted for her, but I didn't . Don't ask. I feel bad cuz she might be on her way out.
Ayla Brown - Christina Aguilera, Reflection - I like some things this girl does, but this was a carbon copy performance. No vote
Paris Bennett - Gladys Knight, Midnight Train To Georgia - YAY!! Finally someone made me pay attention to the tv! She wiped other past performances of this song off the map! Got my vote!
Stevie Scott - Josh Groban, To Where You Are - Ok, I love this girl, I think it's fabulous that she's classically trained, because it means she can handle anything they throw her way. This kinda makes her a shoe in for the 12 finalists. However WHAT THE HELL WAS SHE THINKING???? No vote, which was a bad move cuz I bet she's gone.
BRENNA - THIS GIRL IS PURE EVIL - Stevie Wonder, Sunshine of my life - I must say, I was halfway impressed with this performance, but I refused to vote for her. She was clearly not joking when she said "Lets go, let's make some good tv." DID YOU SEE HER ON THE BALCONY MAKING HORRIBLE FACES WHEN THE GIRLS SANG BADLY????? EVICT HER ASS IMMEDIATELY!!!
Heather Cox - Diana Ross, When you tell me that you love me - I hate this song, this girl is ugly, no matter how pretty she is. Not a good song. I think this is who Brenna was making faces at. it's probably sad that I noticed it. I was not interested in the song so I was looking around the set cuz it's kewl. I saw the faces on Brenna...die!
Melissa McGhee - Faith Hill, When the lights go down - someone else did this last season or something. This was a fantastic performance!!! I loved it and voted for it.
Lisa Tucker - Dreamgirls, I am Changing - I have been dying for someone to do this since about season 2. Sadly, this key was too low. I would have loved her to kill this song! She mainly drowned it with this rendition lol.
Kinnik Sky - Alita Adams, Get Here - Not a good rendition. Big Lips, ew.
Katherine McPhee - Barbra Streisand, Since I fell for you - AWESOME!!! I voted.

Patrick Hall - Melissa Etheridge, Come To My Window - I keep thinking this guy is going to be Croation or something. He looks like the former figure skater Victor Petrenko or something. I wasn't happy this song was done. I still love season 2 and it was done so much better by Kim Caldwell.
David Ratford - Chris Issac, Crazy little thing called love - *shakes head* no comment, no vote
Bucky - Leonard Skynard, Simple Man - no no no, go away, no vote
Will Makar - Jackson 5, I want you back - Nikko did a decent versio of this, but i still prefer the 4 second snippet of JPL doing this is hollywood season 3. i wanted this guy, but no vote
Sway - Earth Wind and Fire, Reasons - I thought this dude was supposed to be gone? Whatever, semi impressed, but no vote.
Chris Daughtry - BON JOVI, DEAD OR ALIVE - I know several people who probably had a stroke when they heard this lol. Very good job. I voted for him.
Kevin Covias - Brian McKnight, One Last Cry - Ricky Smith did this best in season 2. Why do ppl keep trying? Go away. No vote
Giddeon - ? , Shout - Good job! I was excited. He's the male equivilant of Brenna though, yet I am not annoyed lol. Simon said his smile bothered him. Boooooo! I voted!
Elliot - Stevie Wonder, If You Really Love Me - Sweet! I loved it! My friend Tom loves this dude and I didn't at first, but I'm being won over. I voted!
Bobby - Barry Manilow, Copacabana - I couldnt' see the tv when he began singing, and I swore it was cookie monster lol. Then when I did watch, I thought of Louis Armstrong. It was horrific lol. Barry probably threw his piano out the window.
Ace Young - George Michael, Father Figure - Don't hate me, but if you asked me what makes him so special, I would have no answer. He's cute, yes, but grrrrrrrrrr. The song he picked was perfect for him lol. Go away dude.
Tayler Hicks - Elton John and Bernie? , Leave On - He stood still!!!! Wow! He sounded good, but I didn't know or care for the song. I only voted cuz maybe peo9ple won't vote and he'll get evicted.
