Sad :(

Today is a sad, sad, day in the life of Melissa. Once again, one of my fave guys and fave girls was eliminated from AI last night. As a matter of fact my predictions weren't right at all. Oh whatever. Listen to this - mom asked to go to the store today, so I decided it was payday, we'd go to highland Jewel. I see this note on the door:

ATTENTION ALL JEWEL OSCO SHOPPERS, STARTING APRIL 3RD, OUR NEW STORE HOURS WILL BE 6:00AM TO 11:00PM. So we are no longer a 24 hour store starting next month. That's sad, but here's the kicker. I walk into the Jewel side doors, look to my left and see mom sitting in a chair. For a minute I didn't recognise the person next to her and thought she got suckered into filling out some sort of survey. Then I saw the grocery manager and he's like hey, she fell and landed on her knees. We're getting her some water. Then Veronica, store manager comes over with the water. Mom was embarassed and she kept acting like a fool. I don't normally like Veronica, but she was nice. The head grocery dude that I don't know really well was excellent. Great guy. I went over to the front desk to get my check and Shirley and Nancy were there and they were like "was that your mom?" I was like "yah, she's an idiot and fell over her own two feet." They were all giving me crap. 'be good to your mother, i don't have a mother and it will leave an empty void in your life.' I said "at least it will be quiet in the house" "well she's probably thinking the same about you" shirley said. I almost beat the shit out of her.
We made it through the store and home and now I'm late for school, I think I will grab some tropical skittles when I get there.
